Anthony Cavalli-Singer (Blackbelt Retrievers)

Anthony Cavalli-Singer (Blackbelt Retrievers)

Senior Guide Director: Upland and Waterfowl

I started hunting and fishing when I was ten years old with my grandfather and great uncle. At 18,  I started as an apprentice guide for a waterfowl outfit just outside of the twin cities. This sparked my passion for sharing my excitement of hunting with others. About that time I got my first gun dog. After college I moved to Alabama to pursue gun dog training and guiding in the south. This lead the the expansion of my kennel Blackbelt Retrievers Great Lakes located in Webster Wisconsin.  I have a passion for taking people on their once in a lifetime hunting trip and great dog work. I hope to see you in the field!

John Wookey

John Wookey

Senior Guide:

My name is John Wookey. I have been hunting pheasants and deer in Clark County since I was 6 years old. My family’s 125-year-old farm is located about 6 miles from the ranch. I run two Labs and a German wirehaired Pointer. Drake and Shay have an insatiable desire to flush pheasants, ensuring an unforgettable hunting experience. Mickey, my wirehaired pointer, uses his keen nose and solid points to provide you with great shot opportunities and impressive retrieves! I live to introduce new outdoorsmen and women to a once-in-a-lifetime experience that they will remember forever!

Korey ‘Mongo’ Siltman

Senior Guide Director and Grounds Director

Born and raised in Northern Minnesota, I have been fishing and hunting since I was old enough to hold a rod and later, a gun. I have always been an outdoors enthusiast with a great love and respect for the outdoors and all it entails. I served in the US Army for 5 years, serving a tour in Iraq. Upon leaving the Army I decided to follow my dreams and I attended the Colorado outdoor adventure guide school, completing all courses offered including the African plains game professional hunters course. I am lucky enough to do something I love. I have 2 chocolate labs Max and Trigger who are well trained and will work a field until they drop. I love to see people I am guiding have a once in a lifetime experience and I will bend over backwards to make sure they do!!

Taylor Heithold

Taylor Heithold

Master Guide

I grew up hunting ducks on the Pamlico Sound of North Carolina. I have always had a passion for the outdoors whether it be fishing or hunting. It wasn’t until a little later in life that I went on my first pheasant hunt in South Dakota. After that first hunt I knew I was hooked. After college at NC State, I decided to follow my passion and guide waterfowl and upland bird hunts as a career. I attended Swan Mountain Wilderness Guide School in Montana. There is nothing better to me than creating memories that’ll last a lifetime with customers from all over the country. I love seeing the smile on someone’s face when they shoot their first duck or pheasant.
